We do not collect personal information like names, emails, or phone numbers. However, to provide our multiplayer Tic Tac Toe feature, we use Google Firebase. This service automatically collects a Firebase Installation ID to identify your device and maintain your game connection. We also process temporary game-state data (such as board moves and emoji reactions) to synchronize the game between you and your opponent. Any information shared voluntarily via email support is used only to respond to your request.
Third-Party Services
To keep Plyxo Games free and functional, we use the following third-party services from Google:
- AdMob: Used to show ads. AdMob may collect device IDs and general location data to provide relevant advertising.
- Firebase Realtime Database: Used to facilitate real-time multiplayer gameplay and emoji reactions.
These services are run by Google and have their own privacy policies. We recommend you check out Google's Privacy Policy to understand exactly how they handle data.
Data Retention and Deletion
The game-state data we process (like Tic Tac Toe moves and emoji clicks) is temporary. This information is typically overwritten or deleted shortly after your match ends. We do not store a permanent history of your matches on our servers. Since our app does not require a login or account, there is no personal user profile to delete.
Ads
The ads shown in the game are provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may automatically collect certain technical information from your device to show relevant or general ads, depending on your location and device settings. We do not control the specific ads displayed. These ads help us keep the game free and continue improving it.
Log Data
We do not directly collect log data, crash reports, or diagnostic information. However, third-party services used in the app, such as Google AdMob and Firebase, may automatically collect technical information including device information, IP address, app interactions, and diagnostic data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not have direct access to this data.
Children’s Privacy
Our games are for everyone to enjoy. However, we do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided personal information through third-party services used by the app, please contact us. Since the app does not collect or store personal information, we do not retain such data.
