Thank you for using the "Odia Bhasa" app. This app is designed to help children in Odisha learn Odia letters, numbers, and practice via a digital slate. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

This application is primarily directed at children (Ages 3-12) and their parents. Because our users include children, we follow strict guidelines to ensure a safe environment.

We do NOT collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
We do not ask for or collect:
- Names, Email Addresses, or Phone Numbers.
- Physical Addresses or precise GPS Location.
- Device microphone or camera data for recording purposes.
4. Data Collection & Safety
No Login Required: You can use the entire app without creating an account. There is no Login or Sign-up feature.
No Marketing Push Notifications: Our app does not send any marketing or spam push notifications.
Our app is completely ad-free and will remain so forever.
5. Permissions Used
The app requests minimal permissions necessary for functionality, specifically to access online content.

6. Third-Party Services & Parental Gate
The app may contain links to the developer's other apps, Instagram, or YouTube channel.
Parental Gate Protection: To prevent children from accidentally leaving the app, all external links are protected by a "Math Challenge" (e.g., 10 + 5 = ?).
Only users who can solve the math problem (Parents/Guardians) can access these outside links.
8. Children’s Privacy
We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Google Play Families Policy.
Our app is designed for children and does not collect, store, or share personal information.
We do not display advertisements and do not use the Android Advertising ID (AAID).
Any error or crash information is generated locally on the user’s device and is not sent to us or any external server.
Any data used by the app is limited to what is necessary for basic functionality and is not used for tracking or profiling.
9. Government Disclaimer
This app is not affiliated with the Government of India or Odisha. The National Anthem is included solely for educational purposes.
10. Parents’ Rights & Controls
Since we do not collect data, there is no data to delete. However, parents can contact us anytime for questions.
